Narrative of Services:

I offer therapy to people across the lifespan (in-person all ages, telehealth ages 13+). I am a SPACE trained provider and can support family members of someone living with anxiety disorders and OCD. The majority of my therapy practice supports folks living with Body Focused Repetitive Disorders,, Generalized Anxiety, OCD, Panic, Phobias and other co-occurring disorders (Depression and PTSD). I host an OCD support group called “What if all works out” and in-person meet ups for the community through OCD Washington.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Co-occurring anxiety disorders, depression, and neurodivergence is very common in the obsessive-compulsive spectrum. I address what is most impactful to the person first using evidence-based practices. Sometimes this means addressing co-occurring issues first that might interfere with treatment.

Training Description:

I have specialized in Anxiety & OCD treatment since 2021 and have been in the mental health field since 2016. I attended BTTI training in pediatric OCD. I offer an integrated approach using evidence-based practices and expressive therapies to support children-adults.

I feel honored to have learned from and supported individuals in many settings: community-based counseling with youth and families in crisis, group practice, partial hospitalization program for OCD, residential and schools.

I host clinical consultations and professional trainings for other mental health providers. Additionally, I have been trained in Rumination-Focused ERP by Greenberg.

Diversity Statement:

As a therapist and citizen, I remain committed to lifelong learning about identity and practicing cultural humility. My practice is affirming of all bodies, identities, genders, relationships dynamics and sexualities. I deeply cares about making genuine connection with clients, so they feel safe being their authentic and vulnerable self in therapy.

My relationship to cultural competency is shaped by lived experiences as well as my education in systems deeply committed to social justice. I understand that the therapy space is not apolitical and aims to be an advocate for clients both in and outside of the therapy space.
