My practice specializes in OCD, anxiety, depression, life stressors, body image, and relationships issues. Currently half of my caseload is treating OCD where I use ERP, CBT, and some ACT. I also use compassion focused therapy, internal family systems, motivational interviewing, and expressive arts therapy. In my practice, I use humor to help challenge OCD, always from a strength’s based, person centered, and empathetic place. I see therapy as highly collaborative as you are the expert of your own experience and I am here to provide tools along the way.

I have been trained at IOCDF conferences and through consultation groups with the IOCDF. I also get monthly supervision with an OCD specialist. I am currently on the waitlist for the BTTI and am looking into some other training programs as well like through the CBI. I have a M.A. from Lesley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Drama Therapy, and have my license in mental health counseling. I have been providing therapy for five years, and seven years if you include internships in school.

My practice is open and accepting of clients of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, race/ethnicities, etc. I have a wide variety of experience treating clients of all backgrounds.
