At OCD and Anxiety of The Woodlands, approximately 90% of our clients present with OCD-specific concerns, while the remaining 10% experience related anxiety disorders.
We provide treatment for commonly co-occurring conditions such as depression, autism spectrum traits, ADHD, and related anxiety disorders, integrating evidence-based approaches to address multiple areas of need.
Our team, led by Gabriela Westbrook, LCSW, is dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based care that empowers clients to break free from cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and avoidance behaviors. Gabriela has completed extensive OCD-specific training through expert-led programs, including the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), the OCD Training School, and the Anxiety and Training Center. She continues to participate in ongoing OCD-focused consultation to maintain and expand her clinical expertise.
At OCD and Anxiety of The Woodlands, we are committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care. We have experience supporting the Latino community in the North Houston area and strive to create an affirming environment for clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+, and those with diverse cultural, religious, and neurodiverse experiences. Our goal is to ensure every client feels seen, respected, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
