Dr. Wiesel was a member of the OCD and Related Disorders Program at Mount Sinai for 5 years. The majority of her practice is dedicated to treating individuals with OCD and related disorders (BDD, skin picking, hair pulling, tics).

Dr. Wiesel is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Weill Cornell Medical College. She trains residents at Mount Sinai and Cornell. Dr. Wiesel completed her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University and her internship at Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Zucker Hillside Hospital with a focus on OCD and bipolar disorder. Dr. Wiesel is an expert in CBT and is a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
