Narrative of Services:
The PACT Center for Anxiety & OCD is a specialized practice dedicated to helping children, teens, young adults, and their parents address anxiety, OCD and related conditions. Our collaborative approach is grounded in highly-effective evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and supportive parenting for anxious childhood emotions (SPACE). Our practice has extensive experience working with patients with OCD, PANS/PANDAS-related OCD, and related conditions such as ARFID and emetophobia.
