Narrative of Services:
More than 50% of my practice is focused on clients with OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders. Our practice works with all subtypes of OCD including perfectionism, harm OCD, relationship OCD, contamination OCD, incest and pedophilia OCD and hyperawareness OCD. I also specialize in working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders, such as depression and PTSD, and working with couples experiencing attachment or other relationship difficulties.

Training Description:

I have completed various trainings in CBT/ERP for anxiety disorders and specifically OCD, as well as evidence-based trauma approaches. I also have training from the Beck Institute in CBT for anxiety disorders, and the Gottman Method for couples treatment. Additionally, I am engaged in intensive supervision with two OCD experts.

I have substantial experience working with individuals from different cultural groups and I am well versed in working with members of the LGBTQ community.
