I provide individual therapy to adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, and specialize in OCD and ADHD. I would estimate that majority of my clients have anxiety and at least a quarter have OCD or OC Related Disorder.

I’ve been trained in ERP and CBT for individuals with anxiety, social phobia, and OCD. I’m a licensed professional counselor in VA and D.C.

I regularly attain continuing education courses on cultural competency, regarding race, LGBTQ+, and intersectionality.
