Narrative of Services:

My practice is exclusively dedicated to the assessment and treatment of OCD and related disorders (e.g., anxiety disorders, trichotillomania) in children, adolescents, and young adults. I primarily use exposure-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for the treatment of these disorders. All services are provided remotely via teletherapy (in the state of California).

Training Description:

Dr. Wu is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (OCRDs) in youth. She has extensive training in the gold-standard, evidence-based practices for assessing and treating these disorders, and often conducts workshops to train mental health clinicians (nationally and internationally). When on faculty at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior, Dr. Wu conducted clinical research on childhood OCD and anxiety, and provided clinical and research supervision to trainees through the outpatient clinic and clinical research trials.
