Roughly 80% of my practice focuses on OCD, and I have treated over 200 individuals across adolescents and adults. I provide evidence-based therapy, primarily using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with integration of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when appropriate. For four of those years, I served as a Clinical Supervisor, guiding clinicians in treating complex OCD cases and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
