ADULT OCD Support Group of The Woodlands – (VIRTUAL)
Meeting Information:
We offer a supportive environment for individuals managing OCD through a combination of psychoeducation and peer-led discussions:
Psychoeducation Discussions: Led by a trained OCD specialist, these sessions focus on understanding OCD, managing intrusive thoughts, current evidence-based treatments, and practical strategies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and reducing avoidance behaviors.
Peer-Led Group Discussions: Facilitated by group members with lived experience of OCD, these discussions provide an opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and exchange ideas in a safe and supportive environment.
We welcome individuals seeking connection, understanding, and guidance for navigating life with OCD.
