Description:

If you or someone you know is struggling with OCD and is in need of some connection and support, check out our support group. Cultivating Curiosity, Courage, and Compassion welcomes new members every 6 weeks.

This group discusses various OCD related topics such as, ACT, exposure therapy, working with obsessions, perfectionism, rumination, motivation and self-judgement. You will get to practice and learn how to incorporate mindfulness, acceptance, and self-compassion into daily life. The best part is you won’t be doing it alone! Most participants are finding that group accountability helps them have a more consistent exposure practice.

Through the use of structured journaling and optional sharing, our participants learn how to identify their strengths, fears, and create a plan for how to embrace uncertainty and discomfort in the service of their values. Members are also guided through experiential exercises that foster hope and self-compassion.

The group is open to people with OCD that are currently in treatment or have graduated from treatment. The group meets virtually for 6 weeks on Wednesdays from 8:00am – 8:50am (PST). After the six weeks there is a two week break and then there is an option to commit to another 6 weeks. Email us for the next start date.

FEES: The total cost for 6 groups is $300.
