Free Adult OCD Support Group
Meeting Information:
This is an open OCD support group. As an open group, you’re free to come to as many or as few meetings as you like. You can join anytime! The group provides psychoeducational support with a focus on actionable goals. The group meets virtually on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 6pm via Zoom. Meetings last about an hour. Prior to the meetings a zoom link is sent out to those who have expressed interest in joining the group.
Each meeting will start with the leader introducing themselves and going over the general structure of the support group meetings. Group members are then welcomed and asked to introduce themselves if it is comfortable for them to do so. The leader will then present a topic or question and group members are encouraged to participate. As the meeting progresses, the leader will check in with group members at 45/50-minutes to identify goals that each person would like to work on and close out the meeting.
