Free Texas OCD Support Group

This is an open OCD support group for individuals in Texas. As an open group, you’re free to come to as many or as few meetings as you like. You can join anytime! The group provides psychoeducational support with a focus on actionable goals. The group meets virtually on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 6pm via Zoom. Meetings last about an hour. Prior to the meetings a zoom link is sent out to those who have expressed interest in joining the group.
