Managing OCD + Depression Community Support Groups led by Licensed, Specialized Therapist Tracie Ibrahim, LMFT, CST offers a safe, confidential, and inclusive space for individuals navigating intrusive thoughts/images/urges/feelings/experiences that feel distressing, shameful, embarrassing or difficult to talk about.
These groups are designed to promote education, emotional support, and practical skill-building related to managing the difficulties of managing the day to day difficulties of getting through life with depression, alongside managing the distress of OCD symptoms, reducing shame and isolation, and understanding how OCD can target deeply held values and fears, and detangling the web of sadness and low energy that depression can bring. While SPS Community Support Groups and Workshops offer a safe, inclusive space for individuals to connect, learn, and grow alongside others facing similar experiences. These sessions are designed to promote education, emotional support, and practical skill-building in areas such as stress management, self-esteem, OCD, anxiety, depression, and coping with life changes. Tracie combines her personal mental health experiences and professional insight with peer interaction to foster a sense of empowerment and community healing.
