OCD & Emetophobia Support Group
Meeting Information:
The OCD and Emetophobia Support group provides peer-to-peer support to those who have been officially diagnosed with OCD by a mental health professional who also live with emetophobia (fear of nausea/vomiting). In our support group, we fully embrace living the recovery lifestyle. That means all members should be seeing an OCD therapist and are either currently doing exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy or have done ERP in the past. Please note that this group is volunteer-led — we are not medical professionals, and the advice shared in this group should not take the place of what your psychiatrist and/or therapist suggest.
We will meet virtually on Zoom on the last Sunday of the month at 8pm EST starting on September 28, 2025. Members of the group should be adults (age 18+) who live with OCD and emetophobia. Family members, significant others, friends, and other support people are not invited to the meetings.
We will send a sign-up link to the email list each month for the group. To attend the meeting, you need to sign up each month.
