Meeting Information:
This group offers a welcoming, confidential, trauma-informed space for attunement, co-regulation, and shared presence.
Members are invited to gently explore how OCD, emotions, grief, attachment patterns, trauma, and professional stress may arise in their lives, noticing these experiences with curiosity, openness, and compassion.
The space holds possibilities to befriend OCD and other internal experiences— such as fear, symptoms, sensations, images, and urges—and to experiment with saying yes to what is, meeting each moment with presence and care.
The group offers practices that support self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and resilience, including mindfulness, inquiry work, HeartMath exercises, trauma-informed movement, reflective journaling, and parts exploration. Participation is flexible—members may observe, engage in practices, or share their own tools, reflections, and approaches.
This SIG is co-created by its peer members. Participants are invited to contribute insights, practices, and reflections related to OCD, grief, emotional challenges, professional stress, trauma, or workplace injury, cultivating a community of shared learning, safety, and mutual support.
