Description:
This group is a 4-week psychoeducation group that helps attendees understand what perinatal OCD is, how to cope with it, as well as the fundamentals of treatment. This group is appropriate for individuals who either have an OCD diagnosis or are concerned they might and are in the perinatal timeframe.
