Venue: The Peace Palace, 1st Floor Conference Room (In-Person)
Meeting day and time: 1st Thursday of each month, 6:00–7:00 PM
Open To: Teens ages 13–18 with OCD
Fee: $10 per session
Description:

We provide a safe and supportive space for teens managing OCD to learn, share, and connect with peers facing similar challenges. Our group combines psychoeducation with peer interaction:

  • Psychoeducation Discussions: Led by a trained OCD specialist, sessions cover understanding OCD, strategies for managing intrusive thoughts, and practical approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to reduce avoidance and compulsive behaviors.
  • Peer-Led Group Discussions: Teens have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and exchange coping strategies in a supportive and understanding environment.

We welcome teens seeking connection, understanding, and practical support for navigating life with OCD.
