Narrative of Services:
I am a Licensed Psychologist Candidate at Vivid Psychology Group, working under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist. A central focus of my practice is kid-friendly, family-based OCD treatment. I offer individual and family therapy, both in-person and virtual, as well as SPACE, a parent-based treatment for children and teens with anxiety and OCD.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
In addition to OCD, I commonly treat co-occurring concerns such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression. I have received specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), which allows me to effectively support clients whose OCD symptoms intersect with trauma-related experiences. I have also completed training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Alternatives for Families CBT (AF-CBT), which inform my work with children exhibiting challenging behaviors and families navigating high conflict.
Training Description:
I am currently completing my postdoctoral fellowship at Vivid Psychology Group, where I receive expert supervision in evidence-based treatments for OCD and related disorders. I have also completed specialized training in SPACE, expanding my ability to support parents of children with anxiety, OCD, and Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
Diversity Statement:
My graduate training emphasized the development of cultural competence through both coursework and supervised clinical experience. I remain committed to ongoing education and self-reflection to strengthen my ability to provide culturally responsive care. I strive to take a client-centered approach that respects each person’s unique identities, values, and lived experiences.
