"I’m sharing my story to let others know that there are people just like them with OCD in the world on the same journey." - Molly Fishback

Molly Fishback

Molly Fishback is a teacher and co-founder of the nonprofit Not Alone Notes. Since 2017, Not Alone Notes has sent those with OCD and related disorders notes to remind them they are not alone in their struggles. The nonprofit allows Molly to use her creativity to help others. Hi Molly! I love your art, and I love the idea of Not Alone Notes. Both of these are such creative ways to reach out to help others with OCD! I’ve been leading online OCD support groups for 30 years, and it’s so wonderful to be able to help others who are struggling. Thank you for all that you do to help others!
