OCD & Anxiety Program at The WaveMind Clinic

The WaveMind Clinic is a mental health clinic in Los Angeles, California specializing in the treatment of child, adolescent, and young adult OCD and anxiety. We offer a variety of services, including an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for OCD and anxiety, and individual outpatient therapy.

Our IOP is directed by nationally recognized OCD, anxiety, and intensive treatment expert, Dr. Lindsey Bergman, who brings decades of experience directing intensive programs for children and teens with OCD and anxiety. She leads a team of highly trained clinicians who work directly with the children and teens that participate in our program day to day. Our program operates Monday through Thursday 2pm to 5pm. Children and teens age 5 to 18 with severe OCD or anxiety are eligible to participate. Throughout the program day, children/teens are paired one-to-one with a clinician where they will set/review goals, and engage in exposures. Throughout the week, there are also child/teen groups, a parenting group, individual parent/family meetings and psychiatry services (available if needed). Once families graduate from our program, they are eligible to participate in regularly offered lifetime alumni support groups.
