Narrative of Services:

We provide comprehensive evaluation and therapy services for OCD and related disorders. We have expertise in exposure and response prevention (ERP). About 90% of the clients are OCD sufferers. We provide supervision, consultation, trainings, and workshops.

I have dedicated my training to specializing in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to heal the suffering from OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Mood disorders, shame, trauma, and grief.

Training Description:

I have experience utilizing evidence-based therapies to treat people across the lifespan from children to adolescents to adults. Additionally, I have been able to train at every level of treatment from outpatient specialty practice to residential. Most recently I completed my predoctoral internship at the adult residential OCD center at Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin. At the residential level Jason treated some of the most complex and severe cases in the country. Jason enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.

Diversity Statement:

Everyone; clients, and myself, all have a unique lived experience and perspective where only we can define the salient aspects of our own identity and experiences. This makes understanding and integrating salient cultural factors invaluable to inform every aspect of our work, from assessment, to conceptualization, to treatment. I view it as vital for providing holistic care for every client, not just listing symptoms in isolation. Cultural humility is fundamental to my approach as a clinician. I actively aim to build safety around, and provide space for each client to share their diversity in their own voice.
