Narrative of Services:
My practice is dedicated to treating OCD and anxiety disorders, with a growing focus on OCD as I expand my expertise. I’m passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and am committed to staying at the forefront of OCD treatment through ongoing training and supervision. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel confident in the treatment process and empowered in their recovery journey.
Training Description:
I’m an associate therapist working under supervisors who is trained in narrative therapy and inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT). I specialize in helping people with OCD and anxiety using Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I’m excited that there are now multiple effective ways to treat OCD that are collaborative and empowering. I regularly consult with my supervisor, who is experienced in this modality, to continue to learn through training and workshops. My goal is to support adults and young adults in managing OCD and anxiety in various settings.
Diversity Statement:
I have had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My practice is built on principles of inclusivity and respect for diversity, ensuring that every client’s unique experiences are valued. I prioritize cultural humility and continuously seek to enhance my understanding through ongoing education and client collaboration, allowing me to provide effective, sensitive care to all individuals.
