About the IOCDF Research Symposium

The IOCDF Research Symposium is a forum for researchers and students from around the world to share data and findings from the latest research in OCD and related disorders. Designed “by researchers, for researchers,” this annual event unites scientists to network, learn, and engage in high-level discussion.

We Invite You to Attend This Year's Symposium!

The 8th Annual IOCDF Research Symposium will take place Thursday, July 6, 2023.

Similar to last year's event in Denver, this year's IOCDF Research Symposium will be conducted as a hybrid event. Attendees will have the opportunity to either attend in person at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis (as a pre-Conference event to the Annual OCD Conference) or join remotely to participate live from anywhere in the world. Virtual attendees will be able to view the live presentations streamed from the in-person Research Symposium as well as participate in real-time Q&A with presenters.

We invite researchers, trainees, and students to attend! Registration to attend the Symposium will open in March 2023. Discounted registration pricing will be available for IOCDF Professional and Student/Trainee Members. Learn more about membership >

  • IOCDF Research Symposium Poster Session (Thursday, July 6, 2023) This poster session will take place as part of the annual IOCDF Research Symposium, a forum for researchers and students from around the world to share data and findings from the latest research in the OCD and related disorders fields, and an excellent networking opportunity for scientists. The Symposium will feature poster sessions that will be accessible online and in-person.
  • IOCDF Researcher & Exhibitor Meet & Greet (Saturday, July 8, 2023) Presenters at this poster session will have the opportunity to share their research with not only fellow researchers, but also clinicians, people with OCD, families, and all other attendees at the annual OCD Conference.
