Intro to ERP & OCD Recovery

Open To: Individuals who are newer to OCD diagnosis and/or treatment and have little to no experience with ERP.

Fee: Many insurance plans accepted; self-pay rate is $50 per group

Description:

A 10-week group for individuals who are newer to OCD diagnosis and/or treatment and have little to no experience with ERP. Sessions will focus on psychoeducation, guided exercises, practical skills, and discussion in a supportive group environment.
Participants must be located in NY, MA or FL.
