Narrative of Services:

Our practice provides general mental health treatment in two locations. My personal caseload currently consists of approximately 85% clients presenting with OCD and related anxiety disorders. We offer groups (ACT, OCD/Related Anxiety D/O for both adolescents and adults, Mindfulness, Social Skills for Children, Yoga), have a registered dietician on staff and have med management on site through a psychiatric APN.

Our practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive of all populations. All of our staff have attended trainings as well as self-directed learning and clinical consultation to better treat diverse populations.

Training Description:

I have worked in the field since 1998 with my undergraduate degree in psychology from Northern Illinois University (community mental health), and post-masters since 2003 (MA, Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology). I have 12 years of hospital experience, providing assessments, perinatal mood/anxiety disorder assessments and treatment, and bedside therapy in the medical hospital. I have attended many intensive trainings in the areas of anxiety and OCD, including the BTTI, the IOCDF Master Clinician series. I currently co-own a private practice in two locations, Oswego and Plainfield, IL.

Diversity Statement:

I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
